>> Pre-wedding meeting - An initial meeting to discuss what it is you are looking for and to learn about how I work. - Up to two weeks before the wedding, there will be a follow up meeting to make final arrangements for the big day. >> Complimentary pre-wedding shoot - I visit every venue before the big day. This gives me the opportunity to get an idea of where the best shots will come from. You are more than welcome to join me as this is often a good way for us to get to know each other better and help settle any nerves. This usually takeas about an hour. >> Guest Book - Included is a book of the photos from the pre-wedding shoot. The book is arranged so as to double as a guest book which can be handed around on the day for the guests to sign. >> Table Names and Online Photos - Guests' names are printed on card to your design request with the reverse showing the website address where guests can view and purchase prints from the day. >> Preparations, Ceremony, Reception and Evening party - When your day starts, so does mine. I’ll be there in the morning as the bridal party is getting ready, I’ll be at the ceremony capturing the first kiss and at the reception capturing the first dance, when you leave, I leave. >> Proof Album - A complete album of each photograph from your big day. This is for you to keep and double check which ones you do not wish to have included in the main Photobook. >> 3 CDs of your wedding photographs - 3 copies of all the photographs from your day. All images will have been enhanced and retouched as necessary. These images are for you to print and distribute among friends and family. >> Leather or Linen Photo book - 12 x 12 in hardback album bound in leather or linen. These books are an elegant way to display images from your day. |
